grain bread ala my one:
200g wholemeal flour
240g wheat flour
60g soft oatmeal
100g Millet
40g sesame meal
10g bran
100g sunflower
1 tsp sugar 2 tsp salt
1 bag of dry yeast
amends dry mix
then 20g oil, 400g water and 100 g of milk
together slightly heated, add and mix well.
This dough is very liquid, because it is after very juicy - do not worry it's not klatschig.
Pour into the loaf pan, cover can go with - warning This bread goes very quickly.
min bake at 170 degrees about 60 hot air, then look again and if the degree of browning is not dark yet still bake.
When baking with no cover to provide a heat-proof container with water.
