RF-STABLE: importance of the critical load factor, Part 1, Basics

Today I wrote the first time a contribution to a plug-in. The issue is more complex, so I will divide into several parts. The first part deals with some theoretical basis.

My mother will soon celebrate their 90th birthday and after surgery in rehab. As a trained kindergarten
(the decent job) and singer, she wanted to break up the exercises a little and started playing the Relaxation exercises to sing. And suddenly, to the surprise of the young therapist, their faces lighted up and the patients remembered and wanted to play and sing along.
Since triggered the songs and singing games so much joy wants the therapist, these songs have now and future use in their work with to better get at the people and their perception.
The songs, lyrics and performance instructions can be downloaded for free here
